      Q: HOW LONG CAN YOU DELIVER PRODUCTS SINCE I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER?
      A: Dear friend, we will deliver products in 10 to 15 days after deposit received.

      Q: HOW TO TRANSPORT MY PRODUCT?
      A: We will transport the product by ship, air or DHL according to the size of product and the customers’ demands.

      Q: IF MISS SOME PART OF MACHINE DURING DELIVERY?
      A: 1 .Contact us first, with your order number and product code; we will help to clarify what part is missing.
          2 .For major, expensive and integral product parts we may need to follow it up as a "lost/stolen in delivery"
          3 .If the part is small or an accessory, we will most likely be able to help you by simply re-sending it.

      Q: WHAT ARE THE STEPS IF THE MACHINE OR ITS ACCESSORIES SHOW SIGNS OF FAILURE/FAIL?
      A: It is necessary to call the manufacturer/supplier, to inform him about all relevant information and any failure condition, the manufacture/supplier evaluates the problem further and proposes solutions.


      Q: DO YOU KEEP MACHINES IN STOCK?
      A: We do not have any packaging machines in stock. Each packaging machine is made on the basis of specific and individual requirements of an individual customer.


      Q:CASH ON DELIVETY, IS OK?
      A: We do not support cash on delivery yet.
       
      Q: MUST I PAY IN RMB?
      A: Thanks for your question. You need not pay in RMB.
